ABSTRACT DRAWING
MOCKUP MODEL IN DIFFERENT SCALE (1:25) (1:20)
I start doing some mockup model before proceed to my final. These is two of the mockup model I have done in different scale which is 1:25 and 1:20 it helps me to have better insight of the human scale and improvise it when the model is getting bigger .
ORTHOGRAPHIC DRAWINGS
The model was drawing with the scale of 1:10 that display the position of the human scale and the space of the model. The spatial composition can be seen clearly on the floor plan as the dimension of the model to the human scale are proportionality into the design of the space.
AXONOMETRIC DRAWING SCALE 1:10
human figure with its banal action based on in scale 1:10 that shows how the user experience the space.
- crawling ,the user will be moving on with one hand the knee is crawling out from the tunnel. This action represents I always want to run away from discomfort.
-standing in an akimbo posture that shows full of motivation and energetic.
-meditation posture I get to practice mindfulness
-knee to chest posture it relates to space that full of worried.
-rock-climbing posture that representing stay out of the comfort zone and explore more about myself.
Outcome of FINAL MODEL
For my project 3, The break down grid structure represents how the pandemic affect my life and I decided to create an open and bright space that the light can be developed and interwoven into my design. So, while constructing the model I play with the light and shadow. For the orientation of the grid, I always think of the sun path and aim to orientate the model as best I can according to the sun path, so I construct a grid form and lights are allowed to shine in and form interesting shadow.
Reflection
THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
In the end of this project, I was able to figure out the problem that I faced and try my best to solve it . By doing this, I learned to think critically when making the model.
DISIPLINE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
At the end of the model, I realize that I learned how to manage my time properly so that I get to complete my work efficiently. To make sure everything works smoothly, I create a timetable and plan my work so that I won't be lacking time to complete my work.
INTRAPERSONAL SKILLS
I have learnt to reflect one's actions and learning, manage oneself and be self-reliant. I managed to learn and improve my model making by looking back at my work from time to time.
